He had a coming soon sign in my yard while he was waiting on me to get the house ready to list. He had an open house the weekend it went on the market. He placed a huge remax balloon in the yard to draw attention. He sold my house in 10 days, and I got the amount that I wanted for the sell of the house!! "I had a great home buying experience with Craig Duckworth and I highly recommend him to anyone searching for their new home. Craig was accommodating to my family. I work nights and my husband works days. Craig was always available for telephone chats, he answered emails promptly and scheduled appointments according to our availability from showing the home to closing. My family is from Maryland and Craig has a wealth of knowledge concerning the Lake Norman area. His opinions, advice and experience were key in our home buying experience. I have many attributes that I can list about him but of them all I especially enjoyed seeing him in action when it came time for negotiating. He is truly gifted in this area and he enjoys going to bat for his clients. Craig is a great realtor, he has gone above and beyond for my family and we appreciate him."

After unsuccessfully trying to independently sell some land owned by my family for decades, I reached out to Craig after simply seeing his name posted at a nearby home construction site...So happy I made that call!
